The appellant had requested the lower court conduct a subsequent examination of the case, for which the appellant needed to pay an additional fee. The Court found that the appellant had ample opportunity to make payment of this additional fee at the same time as lodging a response, closing argument and supporting evidence, but had failed to do so. Accordingly, the Court was of the opinion that the appellant had conceded the respondent's claim in its entirety.
In regards to the determination of joint assets, however, the Court provided a list of what it deemed joint assets of the parties.
