This appellant sought to challenge Cirebon Religious Court Decision 0250/Pdt.G/2015/PA.Cn. (dated 28 May 2015). The appellant had initially requested that the lower court vitiate the agreement between the appellant and the first respondent, but the appellant acknowledged it was in arrears pursuant to that agreement and, therefore, requested that the lower court reduce that debt to IDR 30 million.
In dismissing the appeal, the court found that the appellant had failed to identify the correct defendant in the first place. Therefore, the appellant's claim had to fail.
